Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without stating a reason, within 14 days from the day you received the goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the expiration of the 14-day period, by:

• Filling out the withdrawal form

Consequences of withdrawal

After withdrawal, you are obliged to return the goods to us without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless we have agreed otherwise or if the goods did not match the description.

Refund

We will refund all received payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred due to your choice of delivery method), without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods back.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the buyer's special order
• Goods that are inseparable from other items due to their nature
• Goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
