- Right to safety – products that do not endanger health and safety
- Right to complain – within 2 years of purchase
- Right to withdraw – within 14 days of receiving the goods (distance selling)
- Right to a refund – in case of justified withdrawal or complaint
- Right to privacy protection – your data is stored in accordance with the law
